
Week 31
Tuesday was my first official day back in the gym since the Christmas rush. Time to get back in there 4-6 days a week. We’ll see how many days is practical but the more the better, even if it’s just mellow cardio. I managed to get in 4 days this week. I took off Friday only because it was Christmas and the gym was closed. It felt awesome being back in there. My workouts are definitely a lot different but still just as effective.
Wednesday morning I felt my first hiccups from the baby. My heart swelled and I sat at my desk grinning from ear to ear. Such a cool feeling!
Friday Steve put the crib together. I LOVE it! I’m going to order a crib skirt to hide the drawers. It’ll be my first official baby purchase. I’m surprised I was able to hold off as long as I did :]
Today we went to ikea to get a dresser for the baby. Originally I wasn’t going to get one but I saw one that not only fits the space next to the crib perfectly, but it totally matches my old dresser. I’m so glad we ended up getting one but it took me foreeever to put together. I finally had to have Steve help finish it because I was losing my patience with it. I think putting that dresser together was the only stress I’ve felt this entire pregnancy lol
Feeling pretty good this week. My back is feeling better which is a relief and I no longer have headaches from my sore shoulders/neck. She cracks my neck every time which helps immensely. I only went twice this week due to the holiday and I’m going through withdrawals. It’s addicting!
No cravings this week except the sugary stuff that has been around for the holidays. Cupcakes, chocolate covered biscuits, peanut brittle, homemade cookies… I don’t want to eat them but how can I not??
